Membership Agreement

1. Parties

- MEMBER: A natural person who registers to the system and benefits from the services.

- ENTERPRISE: İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa University Press Enterprise

2. Rights and Obligations of the MEMBER

- The MEMBER is obliged to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering to the system.

- The MEMBER is responsible for the security of the username and password belonging to their account. They must not be shared with others.

- The MEMBER is responsible for any content they provide within the scope of the service.

- The MEMBER agrees to comply with the terms set out in this agreement, the applicable legal regulations, and all rules announced on the website.

3. Rights and Obligations of the ENTERPRISE

- The ENTERPRISE undertakes to provide the services in a timely, secure, and accurate manner.

- Users’ personal information is protected within the framework of the privacy policy.

- The ENTERPRISE reserves the right to amend any provision of this agreement. Such changes take effect upon publication.

4. Termination and Account Closure

- The MEMBER has the right to terminate their membership at any time.

- The ENTERPRISE may unilaterally terminate the membership if user behavior violates the agreement or the law.

5. Dispute Resolution

- In the event of disputes between the parties, İstanbul Courts and Enforcement Offices shall have jurisdiction.

- This agreement enters into force with the approval of the member, and the member is deemed to have accepted the provisions of the agreement by continuing to use the services.
