Return and Refund Policy

Refund requests for products and services sold by the Republic of Türkiye, İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa University Press Enterprise are evaluated within the framework of the detailed rules below.

Return Request Process and Scope

- If the user wishes to withdraw from the products or services purchased within the right of withdrawal, they must submit a written request within 14 days from the date of payment.

- Return requests are only valid if submitted in writing and sent to the email address iucpress@iuc.edu.tr.

Non-Refundable Cases

- If the service has been fully or partially consumed by the user.

- If the transaction was carried out based on incorrect or incomplete information provided by the user.

Refund Period

- Refunds are made within 14 business days following the approval of the request.
