Distance Sales Agreement

İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa University Press Enterprise applies the following payment and delivery conditions for the sale of online products and services.

Payment Methods

- Credit Card Payment: Transactions are carried out through the secure virtual POS infrastructure on the website. Credit card information is not stored in the system.

Invoice Issuance

-After payment, an e-invoice is automatically sent to the user via email.

Delivery Processes

- Printed books are shipped within no later than 7 business days after payment.

- İstanbul University-Cerrahpaşa University Press Enterprise cannot be held responsible for incomplete or incorrect information provided by the user, transaction delays caused by the bank, or force majeure (system failure, natural disaster, etc.).

- In the case of online book sales, document access is activated immediately after payment.

Non-Refundable Payments

- Payments are non-refundable for services where the printed copy has been delivered or online access has been granted.
